Refund Policy

  1. We will provide refund policy for the specific reasons such as cancellation before starting the project.
  2. In some cases, we will provide refunds. If we are unable to start the project or fail to deliver the project as stated in the invoice, we will provide a refund. If we fail to deliver a project with special requirements/functions, but add special requirements/functions after the initial discussion and quotation, the project will not be considered as a “delivery failure”.
  3. Refund requests will not be accepted due to the following reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, financial problems, personal problems, regrets, purchase errors, insufficient service satisfaction without sufficient reason.
